KokoStay – a dynamically growing company managing tourist properties in Croatia – is looking for a specialist with practical experience in managing residential buildings to help us launch a new business department.

KokoStay is a professional company specializing in comprehensive management of holiday homes in Croatia. Thanks to our experience in property management, an extensive local contact network, and the trust of our clients, we are planning to expand into residential building management.
Your role
We are looking for an expert who will support us with knowledge and experience in preparing and implementing the building management department. As a specialist, you will help us:
– Design an appropriate business model and structure for the new department
– Define necessary processes and procedures in line with the new building management law
– Establish the scope of duties and best practices for building management in Croatia
– Estimate costs and prepare service price lists tailored to the local market
– Implement initial building management projects
– Train the KokoStay team on key aspects of building management
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate:
– Has at least 3 years of practical experience in managing residential buildings in Croatia
– Has in-depth knowledge of Croatian building management regulations, including the new 2025 law
– Understands the processes related to registering homeowners’ associations and building managers
– Has experience in preparing budgets and maintenance schedules
– Has a network of industry contacts (maintenance professionals, inspectors, suppliers)
– Is communicative and able to transfer knowledge in an accessible way
– Preferably runs their own business in this field or has experience as a manager in a property management company
