Our story
It all started with a vacation trip to Croatia. Sara and Marcin, a Polish couple with more than 15 years of business experience, fell in love not only with the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, but also with the potential of the Croatian real estate market.
During one evening they were sitting on the terrace of a rented apartment, enjoying the sunset over the sea. That’s when the idea to combine their business expertise with the magic of the place was born. Together they decided to create a company that would help others fulfill the dream of a second home in a Croatian paradise.
This is how KokoStay was founded in 2023 – a company that combines Polish entrepreneurship with Croatian joie de vivre, offering comprehensive vacation property management services in the heart of Dalmatia.

CEO
An entrepreneur who has built more than 20 companies in his career. He currently devotes himself to his project, which is KokoStay. He takes care of the company’s operation according to the highest standards.
Sara
COO
Man-orchestra. She is the one who contacts you most often to provide the necessary information. She is responsible for all operations related to the service of owners and sets the highest standards in dealing with guests.
Pawel
CMO
Our marketing man. He is responsible for coordinating campaigns, building and optimizing websites, and properly displaying our offers and services.
Agnieszka
Office Administration Manager
She takes care of contracts, correctness of offers and regulations. In addition, she is our photographer who makes sure that your properties look perfect!
