We are KokoStay.group, we manage vacation properties and mediate in real estate transactions, we have a booking portal as well as rentals of boats, cars, and excursions. We started with cleaning, quickly moved to property management, and then added other services and languages for client support. Today, we provide comprehensive services for both property owners and guests. After providing services in Croatian, English, and Polish, it was time to expand to German and Slovenian. We are looking for someone who will take care of clients and represent our services in these languages.

• Category B driving license and readiness for meetings with clients outside the office
• Fluent in German
• Knowledge of Slovenian is welcome
• Ability to use basic tools: laptop, smartphone
• Ability to use basic software for email, SMS, WhatsApp, CRM
• Commitment, independence, responsibility, working according to standards and agreements

• Contact with clients (phone, email, SMS, in-person meetings)
• Meetings with clients in the office and/or on-site
• Customer service for property owners managing vacation rentals (acquisition and contact during cooperation)
• Customer service for property owners wishing to sell their property
• Customer service for clients wishing to purchase property
• Guest services for vacation properties
• Contact with investors (mainly in real estate)
• Checking the accuracy of advertising texts and marketing materials in German

• Work at our office in Kaštel Gomilica
• Compensation (fixed salary 900 – 1300€ + sales bonuses)
• Dynamic growth – in just over two years, we provide not only property management but also brokerage, categorization, web design sessions, advertising campaigns, social media consulting, etc.

• Experience in a travel agency managing vacation properties and/or a real estate agency is welcome
• Additional advantage: holding a real estate agent license or a tourism agency director license
